Fashion Week 2011 is upon us, and while we’re not officially attending any events this year, we’d like to live vicariously through all our connected clients.

We’re offering a free cleaning of any one article* of clothing during Fashion Week. It’s simple to claim your complimentary cleaning.

Just head over to our Meurice Facebook page, become a fan, and post a photo to our wall of yourself at a Fashion Week 2011 event. Tag yourself in the photo or comment on it so we’ll know it’s you, and come in to claim your cleaning. One cleaning per client, please.

* The fine print: Cleaning offer applies only to items that can be dry-cleaned or laundered. So, skirts, pants, dresses qualify. Handbags, shoes, hats, etc., do not. Exceptionally intricate garments are not eligible.  Last day to post a photo: September 22nd.

Meurice Supports Marriage Equality

We’ve always been proud to live and work in New York, and now there’s another reason to be proud: We’re officially the largest state to allow same-sex marriage. It’s a historic moment for all New Yorkers, and we think it’s awesome so many businesses have come forward in support of marriage equality.

With the fall wedding season in swing, we know just the way to show our support: Meurice Garment Care would like to extend an invitation to all same-sex couples getting married between now and November 1st. If either member of the lucky couple brings in a gown or tux to be used in the ceremony, we’ll clean and press a second gown or tux free of charge. It’s our pleasure to ensure you both look great on a special and long-overdue day. To qualify, simply share a photo from your ceremony on our Facebook wall. You must be a fan of our page in order to share the photo.

Congratulations, New York! We look forward to many happy unions to come!

Review Meurice, And Let Us Say Thanks!

We don’t do much in the way of traditional advertising at Meurice, because we know word of mouth is our best tool for bringing in new customers. That’s why our profile pages and customer reviews are so important to us. We love to hear from customers and read and every review we receive.
