The wedding dress preservation process starts with a personal appointment with one of our gown inspectors. After locating obvious areas of attention such as loose hems or intricate beading, we examine the gown using an ultraviolet lamp, in order to find stains invisible to the naked eye, such as champagne or cake icing. Then, we clean each stain individually, using the wide variety of solvents in our processing facility to remove each stain without damaging the textile. Most cleaners can remove stains such as lipstick or dirt, but our ability to look more closely means wedding gowns we preserve last longer.
