• We always inform our clients upfront about what results they can expect from cleaning.
• If a garment, accessory or furnishing holds up poorly under proper cleaning, Meurice will deal directly with the manufacturer or retailer on behalf of our clients.
• If an article is lost or damaged by Meurice, we will promptly replace it or reimburse the client.
Of course, we can’t possibly say that each and every piece we clean is returned as new. (We wish we could!) But we can promise that on the rare occasion when things don’t go as planned, you won’t be left holding the proverbial bag.
