“It happens every time...I take something to the cleaners and ask them to get the stain out for me. It is returned and the stain is still there and they claim it wouldn't come out. I call Meurice and BTW, the person on the phone is ALWAYS lovely, and they agree to pick up the item(s) right away.
When they are returned a few days later, the stains are miraculously gone. As an added surprise, buttons are reattached securely, sleeves are stuffed, blouses are returned on reusable hangers, and basically everything is just as you would hope it might be. I know I can always count on Meurice.”
